  10. - The interface uses the platinum appearance manager when it is available.

  12. - Preferences that are modified via the Compatibility window are remembered
  13.    between program sessions. Previously, only preferences modifications that
  14.    were done directly were remembered between program sessions.

  26. - Added a Compatibility window that lets you interactively explore the relationship
  27.    between browser compatibility and available compression options. The window is
  28.    available by choosing “Compatibility..” under Preferences / GIF Optimization.

  30. - Added a “Range Controls” window which allows you to apply an operation to an
  31.    entire range of frames. Operations initially available include “Scale Durations”,
  32.    which allows you to slow down or speed up a portion of an animation; “Remove
  33.    comments”, which removes comments from a portion of an animation; and
  34.    “Deinterlace”, which deinterlaces a portion of an animation.

  36. - Added a “Startup” Preferences mode which allows you to turn off the screen depth
  37.    warning (which normally shows when the program starts up with the display set
  38.    to 256 or fewer colours).

  40. - Added “Standardize Comments” to the Animation menu, which first removes all
  41.    comments and then adds your standard comment.

  43. - Changed the Registration window to show who the registered user of the program is,
  44.    if the program is registered.
